ShePirate2010 Hola, Sugar Grls! Jan 25, 2009 12:53 PM Hey all! I just wanted to update with you all.....and then see what 's going on in your lives! Right now, I'm in the middle of debating whether I want to be a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or stay with my current job as a Dietary Aide. I'd be making a dollar more and would get more hours....Not sure though if my body can take much more hours though....In June I'm taking a trip to Texas to visit a family member, a friend and our very own Urchin!!! I'm very excited and will be there for about 10 days. So....Whats up with all of you?!

Jennifer777 Homemade Pumpkin Donuts Nov 13, 2008 10:53 PM A long, long time ago my parents allowed me to take from their home an electric donut maker: (this is post donut making) I found this Pumpkin Bread mix at Trader Joe's: Today I decided that it would be interesting to see if I could use the mix to make donuts (I have misplaced the booklet that goes with the donut maker that has the recipes in it- I have it but it is packed somewhere.) This is the result: I coated them in cinnamon sugar. Let me tell you...they are AMAZING!!!!! You can find a similar donut maker here: http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/BlinQ-Donut-Maker/3514553/product.html I think it might make smaller donut but it is the closest thing I could find. :-) The whole process was so simple that I plan on doing it again and again. I let a friend try one and she has requested that I make them for her annual holiday brunch (clever lady- she throws a brunch for all her female friends and we decorate her tree for her...lol...) I am actually considering purchasing another donut maker to make more in less time. Plus I can't wait to try more flavors. These donuts are way healthier (ok, semi-healthier) than the ones you get at the donut shop.
